A women that is known as plus size may not be plus size at all. It just may mean that she body features that are not normal for their body type.  Would you consider Serena Williams to be plus size.  I would just say that she is a very fit thick women with strong features.  Serena has dominated the tennis industry with her hard hitting lobs.  She has won eight Grand Slam singles titles and an Olympic gold medal.  Another leader full featured women is Tyra Banks.  Host of the famous TV show America Top Models and WB's Tyra Banks Show.  She recently spoke of a People's magazine article that spoke about weight that she gained and that she was fat.  She stressed that she was confident in her body and urged other to have confidence in their bodies also.  No matter what others may say.

Being named as a plus size individual is only in your mind.  Yes, you may be plus size, but that may just be at this point in your life.  It does not have to be that way for the rest of your life.  But while you are in this moment make the best of it.  Have confidence and look sexy at the same time.  Remember it is only in your mind.  if you believe that you are beautiful then your beauty will come out and it will show within your spirit and in your clothing.
