It's tough being a woman sometimes. You have to fulfill your duties as a mother, wife and also be a productive member of society by having a job and if you have enough time, join volunteer groups as well. Oh yeah, and you have to look fabulous in all your roles as well.

There's a reason why the term superwoman was invented. However, the reality is, if you're being that many things to that many people, something's got to give. That something is usually the way you look and how you present yourself. That fantasy of looking good while you seamlessly take on one role after another is just that, a fantasy. You sacrifice taking care of yourself by taking care of other people.

That's why there are so many makeover shows on TV. They makeover women like this who have no time for themselves. Usually, the stylists get the women to take on a stylish but functional wardrobe. Too many times, women on these shows wear sweat pants and baggy clothes that does nothing for their figure at all. The key thing to understand is, comfort does not equal sloppy.

Another thing to look out for in a makeover is that a good wardrobe always start from the ground up, or in this case, it starts with slimming underwear for women. If you barely have time for yourself, how are you going to make time to go to the gym? Therefore, here's a little cheat: just wear shapewear underwear. It instantly hides those problematic areas a woman has like her hips, thighs and buttocks. And by the way, any underwear that leaves visible panty lines and bra lines must go. Replace it all with seamless underwear.

It's tough being a modern woman these days because you have so many hats to fill. There is a personal satisfaction involved as well being so capable and helpful. However, you have to help yourself too and one way to do it is by taking care of yourself as you do others. YOu can start by working on the way you look so then you can truly look the part of a superwoman.
